While Rena Butler’s The Heir and the Outlaw is an action-packed opposites-attract historical story, and Augusta Connor’s You Be the Flower is a tender love story about found family, Blue Blaze takes advantage of the many carnal opportunities of omegaverse stories. Although author Opal Moritz went for a less-orthodox alpha/beta pairing, she hopes that omegaverse fans will still find lots to enjoy in her contemporary spin.
